I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. We care about your privacy and protection of personal data; therefore, we have prepared and encourage you to read our Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter, ‘Privacy Policy’).
1.2. The Privacy Policy lists the processed data categories, purposes for which data are processed, terms of processing and transferring the data to third parties, your rights related to the processed data and other relevant information.
1.3. We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and European Union.
1.4. The controller of your personal data is Bolligers UAB, registration No. 304558589, registered office address Ežero g. 6A, Mačionys, LT-29201, Anykščių r. (hereinafter, ‘Palaima’).
II. PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA
2.1. Palaima processes the following types of data:
- Identification data: name, surname, national identification number.
- Contacts: phone number, email address, residential address.
- Information of your credit or debit card (card number, issuing bank, card expiration date) and/or bank account (account number and bank) which is debited for payment (using the payment method of your choice) for the services after the services are provided.
- Historical information on your behaviour: payment history, historical data on your actions.
- you, as you make a booking with Palaima and use booking applications of the Palaima.
- We also receive your personal data from third parties, such as managers of databases and registers or public bodies.
III. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING OF DATA
3.1. Concluding a contract: we process your personal data (name, surname, national identification number), contacts (phone number, email address, residential address) for the purpose of concluding a contract for the provision of services of Palaima to you.
3.2. Fulfilling payment obligations: we process your credit or debit card data (card holder, number, expiration date), number of bank account from which the payment is made, name of the bank for the purpose of ensuring proper payment for the services provided. We process your identification data (national identification number), VAT number (if any) and contacts (residential address).
3.3. Management of service provision and debt recovery: we process your identification data (name, surname, national identification number), contacts, payment history for the purpose of analysing your payments for the services provided by Palaima.
3.4. Ensuring the provision of services: we process your personal identification data (name, surname, national identification number), contacts (residential address), details of communication with you and any relevant information for the purpose of ensuring good service quality, examining and handling your requests and/or complaints regarding the provision of services.
3.5. Direct marketing: we process your contacts (email address) for the purpose of sharing our special offers with you.
IV. YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
4.1. You have the following rights related to the protection of personal data:
- to request access to your personal data,
- to request that your personal data be corrected,
- to request the deletion or limit the processing of excessive data,
- not to consent to the processing of your personal data,
- to withdraw your consent at any time, when personal data are processed on the basis of your consent,
- to request the erasure of your personal data (‘right to be forgotten’),
- the right to data portability,
- to file a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate.

V. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF CHILDREN
5.1. Services provided by Palaima are intended only for persons over 16 years of age, so if you believe that Palaima processes the data of persons under 16 years of age, please notify Palaima immediately and we will remove such data immediately.
VI. PERSONAL DATA TRANSFERRED TO THIRD PARTIES
6.1. We disclose your data to:
- payment service providers (partners of Palaima) executing your payments to Palaima.
- competent public authorities (police, courts, etc.).
- lawyers, bailiffs and other parties that have the right to access this type of information.
VII. DATA RETENTION PERIODS
7.1. Palaima stores personal data for a period necessary to achieve the stated purposes for which the data are collected, or for a period provided for in the applicable legislation. At the end of the data retention period or when personal data are no longer needed, Palaima destroys the data.
7.2. Identification data, contacts, information of a credit/debit card or bank account, historical data are stored throughout the effective period of a contract and five years after it ends.
7.3. Accounting documents and other related personal data are stored throughout the effective period of a contract and 10 years after the contract with Palaima ends under the national legislation.
VIII. COOKIES, SIGNALS AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
8.1. For the purpose of these PP, we use the term Cookies to define cookies and other similar technologies, such as Pixel Tags, Web Beacon, Clear GIF.
8.2. When you visit the Data Controller websites, we want to provide you with the content and features that are customised to your needs. This requires cookies. They help the Data Controller recognise you as the previous visitor to a certain website, save the history of your visit to the website and adapt the content accordingly.
