Are you ready for an unforgettable evening of food, music, and entertainment? 🤗 Mark your calendars for March 24th at 6:30 pm and come to the "Palaima" restaurant where you will be treated to a tasting dinner accompanied by live music that will inspire and refresh your body and soul! ❤️🌿.

Our talented chef Gintautas Kazakevičius and special guest Vytautas Burba have created a wonderful menu of dishes called "Seasonal Cuisine". You will have the opportunity to experience many different flavors and try dishes you have never tasted before. Here's what you can expect:

🍵 Welcome drink:
forest tea (pine needles, birch buds, blueberry twigs).

🥗 Starters:
homemade sourdough bread, aged butter;
beets, sunflower seeds, beet reduction;
fresh cow cheese, marinated peas, herbs.

🥘 Main courses:
venison broth, shiitake mushrooms, sprouted buckwheat;
venison, celery, kale;
pike perch, potatoes, fermented tomatoes.

🧁 Dessert:
layered pastry, miso, swirled cream.

During the evening, you will be entertained by the group "Čigongo meistras tai ne krikščionių kunigas" ("The Master of Čigonis is not a Christian priest"). From subtly and gently sounding poetry to rage-filled screams, their music is like the sound of church bells in the morning wind and the sound of heavy ocean waves breaking on sharp rocks. It's the smell of native land and the incomprehensible vastness of the universe. It's like drinking tea made from wildflowers in a village and feeling a surge of transcendental emotions...it's much more than we can understand. Come, listen, and experience it for yourself! 🙌🏼
